Stuart & Victoria

On Saturday 3rd March I captured the #wedding of Stuart and Victoria at Winkworth Farm. It was a day after the beast from the east hit the UK so I allowed extra time to get to Victoria's house for bridal prep. Arriving in good time, I managed to capture brides maids having their hair styled and, Makeup By Sally was busy making sure everybody was looking amazing. I captured all the dresses, shoes and jewelry, dad also popped a bottle of bubbly and everybody enjoyed a toast. I then moved onto Winkworth Farm and just as I arrived so did Stuart. It was lovely meeting him and his groomsmen and I went to his room to capture final preparations. Guests managed to brave the weather conditions and arrive in good time for the celebrations. Victoria arrived in good time and she looked beautiful as she walked up the aisle with her dad. The wedding went very well and there was a lovely reading from a couple of friends.

After the wedding guests enjoyed a welcome drink before everybody went outside for a big confetti shot. While outside Stuart and Victoria had a few natural personal pictures before going inside it to the warm. The details in the wedding breakfast room were lovely and I particularly liked the Mr and Mrs behind the top table. The speeches were great and all the speakers celebrated the success of Stuart and Victoria. Three amazing speeches and many moments to cheer and laugh.
My even began with getting special guest messages and I love the energy from family and friends, a special thanks to Sam and George, a couple of my previous brides who were brides maids and did a fantastic getting guests together. Stuarts boss from Funk Husky performed a live first dance. They then started there first set to a packed dance floor. It was a lovely day, Congratulations Stuart and Vicky Hamer x

James & Claire Wedding at Clevedon Hall

On Sunday 9th September I captured the #wedding of James and Claire at Clevedon Hall. This was going to be a very special day for me having captured both James sisters and his cousins weddings over recent years. It was a cloudy day with a nice sea breeze in the air, my day started with Claire up in the bridal room. She was busy having her hair styled, her dress was hanging up on the wardrobe and her shoes were close by for detail shots. Claire had a few friends also getting ready with her and they were to help out with anything that needed doing.
Once Claire's hair was sorted Make-up by Sally applied her make up. I had a text from James letting me know he was 5 mins away and he arrived with a friend in a range rover. By now the wedding ceremony was set up ready and I have to mention the beautiful flower arrangements all around the room. The wedding rings were also in a box with a single white rose in. James got his button hole in and started to greet guests as they arrived. Back wi…

On Saturday 1st September I captured the #wedding of Marcus and Holly at St. John's Church and the King's Head hotel Cirencester. The weather was looking good with sun breaking through clouds and the temperature was just right. This was also a special wedding for me as I was going to be a wedding present from Marcus's sister April and her husband. My day started at the King's hotel where Holly was busying having her hair styled. One of the bridesmaids was making button holes, another bridesmaid was having make-up applied. Mum helped me arrange the wedding dress and bridesmaid's dresses, I captured the shoes and jewelry.  April come into the room with a surprise for Holly, it was a gift and card from Marcus, she was a lucky girl with many gifts and a few messages. Afterwards I went to see Marcus who was with his groomsmen and in the final stages of getting ready. There was a knock on the door and the bridesmaids had the button holes, cones of confetti and most import…

On Saturday 20th October I captured the #wedding of Sam and Hannah at the Holy Trinity Bishop Sutton and Coombe Lodge. My day started with Hannah at her parents house. Hannah was busy with make-up and the bridesmaids we having their hair styled. Mum showed my upstairs to the wedding dress and I captured the jewelry and shoes. Sam had got Hannah a lovely engraved bracelet with the wedding date on. Dad got out a big bottle of champagne and popped it open in the kitchen with everybody having a glass. I then moved onto the church to capture the detail shots before the groomsmen arrived.  Sam arrived with his best men and with the ushers already at the church they all got their button holes on and had a few pictures with Jordan. Guests started to arrive and it wasn't long until mum and the flower girls arrived in a classic car. The bridesmaids were next and finally Hannah and her dad arrived in the classic car. Once the wedding party had walked up the isle Mark the vicar started the cer…
