A Perfect Memory

On Saturday 4th May I captured the #wedding of Steve and Haley at St. Andrews Church and Shrivenham Memorial Hall . My day started with Haley and her bridesmaid's. There was hair and make-up stations. I started by capturing the dress with shoes. It was quite relaxed downstairs with a bottle of Prosecco bringing opened in the living room. I managed to capture the flowers in the kitchen before I made my way to the church.  At the church and I awaited the arrival of Steve and his groomsmen. It great seeing them arrive as they walked up the long path under the trees, the best man got everyone's button holes in and Steve began to meet and greet guests. There was going to be a special event pre-wedding and Steve and Haley were going to meet each other outside the church before the wedding ceremony started. On Saturday 20th April I captured the #wedding of Luke and Jenna at Clevedon Hall . It was another glorious day with the sun out and temperatures very warm. My day started over the cottages with Jenna and her bridesmaid's. The was a hair and make-up station. Jenna was having her hair styled, mum was on drinks duties and Sophie one of the bridesmaids was curling Ella's hair. It was very relaxed and everybody was getting on with preparations very well.  Just before Jenna moved access to her bridal room there was a chance to pop open a bottle of bubbly and have a cheers shot. At Clevedon Hall I set up all the dresses and captured the details. Jenna began to have her make-up applied and as breakfast arrived I decided to find Luke. On Friday 19th April I captured the #wedding of Jake and Amie at Cadbury House . The Sun was out and it was a rather warm day to kick start the Easter weekend. It was an early start for me, with the wedding starting at 11 o clock I was up early and ready to capture bridal preparations at 8.45. All of the brides maids were in the board room, Amie was having her hair styled and there was a make-up station and a couple of more hair stylists all from Dollz boutique .  Jake arrived with his grooms men and I captured a few shots of the lads outside before there headed to the bar to meet and greet. The wedding ceremony room was looking great with Claire Dibble Harpist ready to play when guests entered the room. I went back to see Amie getting her dress done up and the moment her dad saw her for the first time. On Saturday 13th April I captured the #wedding of Karl and Amy at Clevedon Hall . It was the perfect day with the sun out, blue skies and not to windy. On my arrival getting shots of the grounds I came across the Clevedon Hall Herring and also a mother duck with about 15 baby ducks. I started my day with Amy and her bridesmaid's. There was a make-up station and a hair station. Everybody was relaxed and enjoying the day. It wasn't long until Karl arrived with Amy's dad in his special car. The groomsmen were very early but with good reason, they were heading to the pub opposite Clevedon Hall for a couple of drinks. By now Amy was having her hair styled, I captured her dress along with the brides maids dresses. There was also a gift from Karl and a lovely note. Once Amy's hair was completed she popped open a bottle of bubbly and everybody had a big cheers shot. On Friday the 29 th March I captured the #wedding of Ross & Steph at Rookery Manor . It was another glorious day with the sun out and the temperature not to hot. My day started with Steph and her bridesmaids. Katie from Bristol Bridal Hair was styling the hair. Glam by Lauren Parker was Applying the make-up.   I managed to capture the dresses together and the ring box that was going to be carried by special agent Jack. There was an opening of a bottle on the balcony with a lovely cheers shot.  I then went to see Ross, he had arrived with his groomsmen and once the button holes were in, I captured a walking shot around the grounds. Guests started to arrive and took their seats in the rose room. I when back to Steph to see the bridesmaids helping do up her dress before Steph walked down the stairs and seen her dad for the first time. On Sunday 24th March I captured the #wedding of Matthew and Katherine at Eastwood Park . It was a glorious day with sun shine and blue sky. My day started with Katherine at her parents house for bridal preparations. There were hair and make-up stations and upon my arrival Katherine was having the finishing touches to her make-up.  I went upstairs to capture the dresses, shoes and jewelry, when I had finished Katherine was now on to her hair station.  Mum had a big box with a number of presents in from Matt. Just before I left for Eastwood Park I captured a cheers shot, but Katherine had a cup of tea with the brides maids each having a glass of Prosecco. At Eastwood Park and the first people I met were Matt and his best man, with top hats and really excited for the day ahead. The ushers and first set of brides maids arrived followed by lots of guests. Toastmaster John led the guests to the ceremony room ready for the arrival of Katherine, dad and her bridal party. On Friday 25th of January I captured the #wedding of Sam and Tess at Kingscote Barn . Once again the weather was lovely for January with a mild temperature, blue sky and a few clouds. My day started with Tess and her bridal party, there were hair stations and a make up artist. All of the dresses were in a separate room along with the shoes and jewelry. The rings were also with Tess and they were presented in a lovely engraved box. Back with the bridal party and Tess was having her hair finished when a lovely surprise from Sam's best women.  It was a presents with some ear rings and a little bottle of champagne and a personalised glass. I went to Sam's room to see his final prep and the bridesmaids arrived with a special present from Tess. Lots of small gifts and a few rare bottles of Sam's favorite cider. On Friday the 11th January I captured the #wedding of Sean and Leila at The Clifton Pavilion . The weather was rather warm for January and the sky was full of cloud. My day started with Leila and the bridal party at mum and dads house. There was a hair station and Leila was on the make-up station. I went upstairs to capture the dresses and was amazed at the personalised coat hangers. They were color coordinated to match the lovely bridesmaids dresses, I also liked the diamond details on the wedding dress.  Leila then had her hair finished being styled and her vale put in. She got into her wedding dress with the help of her mum and then a very special moment, dad walked into the room and saw her for the first time. After a big hug Leila passed a small box the her dad with personalised cuff links in. I then made my way to Clifton Pavilion to see Sean and his best men.   On Sunday 23rd of December I captured the #wedding of Richard and Nina at Orchardleigh House . This was my last wedding of 2018 after what has been a very enjoyable year. The weather was overcast was risk of rain but I was praying that it could stay away long enough for the romantic and group pictures later on. My day started with Nina and her bridesmaid's, there was a couple of hair stations and a make up station.  While Nina was getting her hair styled, I managed to capture all of the dresses and shoe details.  Nina then moved over to the make up artist, while the bridesmaids had finishing touches to their hair. Rich arrived with his groomsmen and got his button hole in, he then started to meet and greet guests as they arrived. On Saturday the 22nd of December I captured the #wedding of Nick and Kelly at Cadbury House . It had been forecast for bad weather but thankfully the storms had decided to stay away. It was really good weather and lighting was perfect. My day started with Kelly and her bridesmaid's, there were hair and make-up stations and everybody was very organised. I captured dress and shoe details while capturing the stages of Kelly's makeup. In the wedding ceremony room Enchanted Weddings and events had decorated the room with a couple of trees, balloons,  chair covers and candle lanterns.  Nick and his groomsmen were gathering in the bar area, I got them outside to capture a walking shot and I got to see the wedding rings. Back with Kelly and she was having the finishing touches to her hair before getting into her wedding dress.
