Chris & Kirstie

On Thursday 5th April I captured the #wedding of Chris and Kirstie at Coombe Lodge at Blagdon. There was blue sky everywhere and the sun was out shining. Spring was finally here after almost a month of waiting. My day started with Kirstie and her bridesmaid's. Stacey Jade Hair was busy sorting out the brides maids and Kirstie was having her make up applied by Gemma Everett - Makeup artist/Beauty therapist. Everybody was relaxed and excited for the day ahead. I then met up with Chris and his best men and captured they're final preparations before heading back to Kirstie and capturing the champagne getting opened and a big cheers shot. Guests started to arrive and once Chris was ready he came down stairs and greeted them in the gardens. I managed to capture Stacey Jade hair put in Kirstie's Veil and her dad meet her for the first time. Guests stared to take their seats, Chris and his best men walked to the top of the aisle and everybody awaited the arrival of the bridal party. As Kirstie arrived with her dad she looked amazing. The wedding was very entertaining with lots laughter and a lovely reading.
After the wedding, guests got a welcome drink and canapes, while Chris and Kirstie got around and spoke to everybody. Wayne Godwin Reid Photography set up a big group shot and a few family pictures. I then captured Chris and Kirstie take a walk around part of the grounds, then I captured the wedding breakfast room details. The speeches were before the wedding breakfast today and I must say I was very entertained, great speeches from all.

My evening started capturing some personal shots of Chris and Kirstie with Wayne the photographer. I then got the helps from the best men and brides maid to help get as many special messages as we could congratulating Chris and Kirstie. There was a sweet table, love letters and pink mood lighting in the party room. After the cake cutting, there was a first dance and Kirstie had a dance with her dad. Hotshots Entertainment then got the dance floor filled with a number of mixes and some great tunes to cap of a lovely day. Congratulations Chris Durbin and Kirstie Marie Durbin x

He was at the pub opposite outside in the gardens with his groomsmen meeting and greeting guests. Luke and the groomsmen finished they're drinks and drove to the front doors of Clevedon Hall. The wedding ceremony room was looking great with Claire Dibble Harpist ready to play when guests entered the room. I went back to see Amie getting her dress done up and the moment her dad saw her for the first time.
