Richard & Nina Wedding at Orchardliegh House

On Sunday 23rd of December I captured the #wedding of Richard and Nina at Orchardleigh House. This was my last wedding of 2018 after what has been a very enjoyable year. The weather was overcast was risk of rain but I was praying that it could stay away long enough for the romantic and group pictures later on. My day started with Nina and her bridesmaid's, there was a couple of hair stations and a make up station.
While Nina was getting her hair styled, I managed to capture all of the dresses and shoe details.  Nina then moved over to the make up artist, while the bridesmaids had finishing touches to their hair. Rich arrived with his groomsmen and got his button hole in, he then started to meet and greet guests as they arrived. I went back to see Nina and she was having her wedding dress done up with the help of mum and the bridesmaids. When she was really I captured the moment her dad walked into the room and saw her for the first time. Nina, dad and the bridal party then made they're way up the aisle to see Rich and get married. The wedding was seeled with a kiss under the mistletoe that Nina holding.
After the wedding the weather was still on our side, Rich and Nina went outside followed by all of the guests for a big group picture and the family pictures. The romantic shoot followed and it was great being able to use so much of the grounds of Orchardleigh House. Once all of the pictures were complete Rich and Nina joined their guests for a drink and a chat. I went into the wedding breakfast room to capture the details, it was a lovely Xmas theme with crackers and each table name was the name of a well known Christmas song. The room was completed with a cheese cake and love letters. The speeches all went well the the best men sharing a number of funny jokes and stories.
My evening started by getting special guest messages from family and friends with the help of the best men, massive thanks to both of them. While the party room was being set up Nina had arranged for sparklers to be shared around amongst the guests and the photographer get a picture of everybody enjoying themselves. In the party room the cheese cake was ready for Nina and Rich to cut and the first dance and father and daughter dance followed. There was also a band that started there first set to a packed dance floor with many classic hits, Congratulations Rich and Nina x
