Andrew & Catherine Wedding at Old Down Manor

On Friday 30th November I captured the #wedding of Andrew and Catherine at Old Down Manor. It was a mild day with blue skies all around. The Christmas trees were up inside the manor house with some love led decorations on the banister. My day started with Catherine and her 2 brides maids. There was a hair and make up station, Catherine was having the finishing touches to her hair while one bridesmaid maid had make up, the other bridesmaid helped me arrange the dresses,  shoes, flowers and jewelry. It was a very relaxed morning with presents received and given out by Catherine and there was a bottle of bubbly opened and enjoyed. Andrew arrived and once his best men arrived he put in everybody's button holes. Guests also started to arrive and were greeted by Andrew.

I went back to Catherine to see the final stages of preparations with her wedding dress and then her son come in to see her for the first time before escorting her downstairs to see the registrars. While Andrew saw the registrars guest took their seats in the wedding ceremony room. Once Andrew was finished, Catherine made her way down the stairs and up the isle to officially start the wedding.
After the wedding guests made their way outside so West 70 photography could get a big group picture followed by the small groups. As the weather was still OK Andrew and Catherine set of with myself and Adam to capture some romantic shots. Afterwards I captured the wedding breakfast room and all the lovely decorations. The wedding cake looked amazing and the flower arrangements were fantastic. Guests started to take their seats and the speeches were before the wedding breakfast and after the wedding breakfast there was the cutting of the cake.
My evening started by getting special guest messages from family and friends with the help of the bridesmaid's. Hotshots Entertainment provided a photo booth for guests to enjoy. It was used a lot and I managed to capture Andrew and Catherine use it. Evening guests started to arrive and it wasn't long until Cadence Entertainment introduced the first dance. The party was in full flow and that brought an end to a very special wedding, congratulations Andrew and Catherine x
