On Saturday 25th of August I captured the #wedding of
Michael and Frances at Cadbury House. There was blue sky and patch cloud, it
was warm with a little breeze and no chance of rain. My day started with France
and her bridal party. Helen farely was at the final stages of styling Fran's
hair, everybody was ahead of time in the preparation stage. I arranged all of
the dresses and got some nice shots of jewelry and shoes.
I then went to see
Michael who was getting ready with all of his groomsmen. They were almost ready
and Michael showed of a lovely engraved pocket watch gift from Fran. All the
guys also had whiskey in matching glasses and I got a cheers shot. Back with
Fran and she had started getting her make-up applied by make-up by Sally. The
bridesmaids started getting ready and everybody was looking beautiful. Guests
started to arrival and that they're seats in the great room, Fran had Emma on
hand to help do up her wedding dress and sort out the vale.
As the bridal party
walked up the aisle they each held a sign that represented a moment in Michael
and Fran's relationship, Fran's board read their wedding date. During the
wedding there were a reading and a little story about a dinosaur that
entertained the guests.
After the wedding all if the guests got a welcome drink and
helped outside where Lee Hatherall photography set up group and personal
shots. There was a magician keeping the guests entertained with a
selection of tricks and everybody was generally having a good time. I captured
the details shots inside the wedding breakfast room and guests shortly followed
to take there seats. The speeches were first and I enjoyed all of them, with a
lot of special gifts were given.
My evening started with getting special guest messages from
family and friends. Once the evening room was ready I captured the details
before the party started. Kieron Clark entertainment had provided a DJ and
photo booth. After the cutting of the cake dj Mike announced the first dance
with guests joining in mid way through. My ended with The Hijackers
performing they're first set to a busy dance floor. Congratulations Michael
and Frances x
