Chris & Emilia Wedding The Battleaxes & All Saints Church

On Saturday 11th August I captured the #wedding of Chris and Emilia at All Saints Church Wraxall and the Battleaxes. The weather was not looking to good with a big risk of shower, I was hoping that the time outside the church after the wedding would be good for us.,my day started with Emilia and her bridesmaid's. Emilia was busy having her make-up applied. The brides maids showed me their dresses that Nan had made and they looked lovely.
There were lots of details to capture and one of the requests mum had for me was to capture a framed invitation that was perfectly placed in the downstairs bathroom. Kimberleys The florist arrived and had created lovely blend of woodland and flower bouquets. At All Saints church the details and flower arrangements were all around the inside, it really did look nice. Chris arrived with his best man in a stylish BMW. The ushers met up with us in the gardens and I was able to capture a walking shot before guests started to arrive.
Mum and the bridesmaids arrived shortly after in Triggols Cars, Andrew the driver went back to pick up Emilia and that allowed time for the rest of the guests to arrive and take there seats. When Emilia and her dad arrive she looked amazing, the Vale was spectacular. The bridesmaids led the way and walked up the long aisle. The wedding a conducted by a family member and she did a great job during her address. There were also 2 readings and a few hymes. After the wedding and the weather was holding of. BenSimmons photography quickly arranged group pictures and we also managed to get a few personal shots before leaving in Triggols wedding cars on to the Battleaxes. By now the rain had started and guests were inside enjoying a welcome drink.

I captured the wedding breakfast room and the woodland theme looked amazing, candles, trees and special details were everywhere. Once everybody had seated it was time for the wedding breakfast and speeches. I enjoyed all of the speeches and the best man's grilling of Chris was truly memorable.
My evening started getting a few pictures of the wedding party with the photographer before the maid of honor help arrange special guest messages. The cutting of the cake was before the first dance and father if the bride and bride dance. The Chicken Teddys started their first set with a range of music. My evening ended with a packed dance floor and everybody having fun, Congratulations Chris and Emilia x
