Samuel & Bethanie Wedding at Priston Mill

On Friday 27th July I captured the #wedding of Samuel and Bethanie at Priston Mill nr Bath. With the sun shining, it was set to be one of the hottest days of the year so far. My day started with Bethanie at Rafford Villa, a lovely Manor house just outside of Timsbury. Upon my arrival the bridesmaids were busy with hair and make-up. Beth showed me where her dress was along with shoes and a special present that Sam had got her. Once I captured my detail shots I saw Beth start to have her hair styled followed by her make-up. Time went really fast and soon I had to leave to capture Priston Mill empty.
Sam was running to time and was already at the venue when I arrived with his groomsmen. Once all the button holes were in, I got a shot of all the gents together. Guests started to arrive and a few started playing with the garden games. I managed to see mum and the bridesmaids arrive in a white luxurious Rolls-Royce, the car when back to pick up Beth and her dad. Guests started to take their seats in the wedding ceremony room and the floral displays were incredible a truly magnificent job by the wild bunch. Beth and her dad arrived shortly after and the hair dresser was in hand to put the Vale in. All final details were complete and the bridal party started walking up the aisle, the moment Beth walked up the aisle Sam's reaction on first sight was amazing. The wedding all went to plan with 3 readings and the Bristol string quartet performing during the aisle walks and signing.
The drinks reception began with Sam and Beth having a drive for half an hour while guests got welcome drinks and canapes. The garden games were also out and enjoyed by everybody. When Sam and Beth returned Adam the photographer set up a big confetti shot and the group pictures. I managed to capture the wedding breakfast room details before getting romantic shots of the happy couple. The speeches followed the BBQ wedding breakfast and the cutting if the cake, I must say I enjoyed each of the speakers. The best man smashed his speech giving us a great insight into Sam in the kindest possible way.
My evening began with getting special guest messages from family and friends. There was a photo booth area and the wedding players provided the entertainment. After the first dance everybody danced the night away to a number of floor filler hits. Congratulations Sam and Beth x
