Lee & Charlie @ The Bristol Golf Club

On Saturday 2nd June I captured the #wedding of Lee and Charlie at The Bristol Golf Club. Blue sky and sun set the scene for what was going to be a lovely day. My day started with Charlie, her bridesmaid's and her daughters. Hair styling was happening in the lounge and make-up in the kitchen. Once I captured Charlie having her hair styled I went up stairs to see all of the dresses, shoes and jewelry. Mum and a bridesmaid helped with arrangements as there was 8 dresses. Afterwards I captured Charlie sorting out on of her daughters hair, Charlie then got her flowers and passed the flower girls their flower wounds. Charlie got touched up with a little make-up and then went in to the garden with the bridal party to pop open a bottle of bubbly and everybody had a big cheers shot. I then went to Bristol golf club to capture Lee and his best man arrive in a Jaguar. It was at this point I noticed that I was wearing exactly the same as the groomsmen and was asked I had planed it. Lee greeted guests as they started to arrive and Paul Clack Wedding Host & Party DJ was making sure everybody knew where there were going. Charlie arrived in a Maserati with her dad and the brides maids arrived in a Mercedes-Benz. It was lovely to see the bridal party walking up the aisle with Lee and Charlie's daughter doing a fabulous job.

After the wedding, guests were given a welcome drink and there was a little time to chill and congratulation the newly wed couple. Tony the photographer set up the group shots and Paul the wedding host was on hand to make sure guest were in the right shots. I captured the details within the wedding breakfast room and then went of with Lee and Charlie to capture some romantic shots. The speeches were first and then Paul told everybody the love story behind the happy couple. Paul also played a 'who Was It' game and read a few comments offerings and Charlie advice.

My evening began with a golf buggy ride and capturing some more romantic shots of Lee and Charlie. When I got back to the club I captured special messages from family and friends and the party room details there was a sweet kart provided my Martin Mills. Before the party started I got Lee, Charlie and there daughters to use the photo booth which was lots of fun. Paul Clack provided the entertainment and there was a cutting of a cup cake. The last surprise for the happy couple was they're daughters pushing the play button for the first dance. Guests then started dancing on the dance floor and that brought to an end my fantastic day. Congratulations Lee and Charlie x
