James & Claire Wedding at Clevedon Hall

On Sunday 9th September I captured the #wedding of James and Claire at Clevedon Hall. This was going to be a very special day for me having captured both James sisters and his cousins weddings over recent years. It was a cloudy day with a nice sea breeze in the air, my day started with Claire up in the bridal room. She was busy having her hair styled, her dress was hanging up on the wardrobe and her shoes were close by for detail shots. Claire had a few friends also getting ready with her and they were to help out with anything that needed doing.
Once Claire's hair was sorted Make-up by Sally applied her make up. I had a text from James letting me know he was 5 mins away and he arrived with a friend in a range rover. By now the wedding ceremony was set up ready and I have to mention the beautiful flower arrangements all around the room. The wedding rings were also in a box with a single white rose in. James got his button hole in and started to greet guests as they arrived. Back with Claire I captured her dress being done up and the moment her dad first walking in to see her.
Just before James went to see the registrars he had a special gift for Claire and with only a door separating them both, they both exchanged presents. This was one of the most special moments of the day seeing the look on both their faces, Touch each others hands but unable to see each other. Once everybody had took there seats it was time for Claire to walk down the stairs into the wedding room and up the aisle with her dad. A string quartet performed the entrance music. The wedding went very well with a couple of readings from guests. I captured the string quartet perform a song during the signing of the register.
After the wedding the toast master announced for everybody to go outside and form two lines for the throwing of the confetti. Adam rumblephotography then set up group and personal shots around the lovely grounds. Inside and guests were enjoying a welcome drink while the string quartet performed in the corner of the room. The wedding breakfast room looked lovely with amazing flower center pieces. The speeches were first and I enjoyed dad and James speech. There was a surprise few words from one of the flower girls and James sister.
My evening started by getting special guest messages from family and friends. I had quite a list to work though and must thank Laura for all her help pointing people in my direction. There was a sweet table and photo booth for guest to enjoy in one side room. Kieran Clarke Entertainment was the DJ for the party, the Toastmaster announced the cutting of the cake just before James and Claire had their first dance. Guests started to join them and party the night away. My night ended with getting a couple of night shots of the happy couple, Congratulations James and Claire x

At Clevedon Hall I set up all the dresses and captured the details. Jenna began to have her make-up applied and as breakfast arrived I decided to find Luke. He was at the pub opposite outside in the gardens with his groomsmen meeting and greeting guests. Luke and the groomsmen finished they're drinks and drove to the front doors of Clevedon Hall.
